While SPAM is annoying, Viruses are downright destructive. Fortunately, one of the items available with your MyWinHosting account is email virus detection. Here's how you enable it:
- Log into your control panel and navigate to your email panel.
- On the main, "Mail Service" panel, you will see a bug icon located next to the label, "AntiVirus." Click it to get to the AntiVirus settings.
- The settings give you the ability to mark the email as having a virus, delete the virus, or sent the virus to another mailbox. Pick one.
- Click "Submit" to save the settings.
The same icon is also located by each mailbox so that you can override the setting on a per mailbox basis.
