You can use the MS-SQL Server Management Studio Express (Version 1.1 or above) to manage your database over the web.
Due to the fact that we have security enabled so that you can't see someone elses database and a quirk in MS-SQL Studio Express, you can log into your database server using SQL Studio Express but you can't see your database unless you specify the database name when you connect. Make sure you do this.
