Q: What steps should I follow to setup a DotNetNuke installation?

1. Log into the control panel and create a database for DotNetNuke.
2. Send create a support ticket by going to http://helpdesk.mywinhosting.com/support/. In the ticket, ask for DBO permissions for your database, full read/write access to your domain directory and, if you are running DNN 4.0 or greater, ASP.NET 2.0.  Make sure you give your account name, domain name, and database in your support ticket to make it easier for the support guys to get you setup.
3. Once support tells you everything is ready, you can continue with the installation like the DotNetNuke guys say you should.
